Maitreya Ascension Energies™
Maitreya Ascension Energies™, exclusively by the Art of Blessing is an intensive three-part energy and spiritual coaching course.
Please note this course will require you to adopt dietary restrictions and lifestyle changes.
We will conduct a pre-course interview for all applicants to determine your suitability for this.
Level 1
In Level 1, students are prepared to be attuned and recognise the energy flowing through them.
Students can expect to learn the following:
To be aware of the energy you have flowing through you
Learn to calm the mind through meditation techniques
Learn to control your stress with breathing techniques
Activate your third eye abilities through a series of meditations
Prepare the physical body to be accustomed to the Maitreya Ascension Energies™ in Level 2
Level 2
Level 2 will prepare individuals to receive Maitreya Ascension Energies™.
Pre-requisites:
Have been practising any form of energy work (qigong, shamanism, reiki, or similar disciplines) for at least 1 year
Have at least 1 year of meditation experience with the ability to perceive visions during meditation
Students can expect:
A cleansing period to prepare the physical body to align with Maitreya Ascension Energies™
An alignment session with Maitreya Ascension Energies™
Basic knowledge of Maitreya Ascension Energies™
Learn to protect your energy and self from external, unwanted energies
Strengthening the physical, mental, emotional & astral bodies
Progression through Assessment, Tests & an Exam
Level 3
In Level 3, where the individual would have gained a basic grasp of Maitreya Ascension Energies™.
Pre-requisites:
Have been practising any form of energy work (qigong, shamanism, reiki, or similar disciplines) for at least 1 year
Have at least 1 year of meditation experience with the ability to perceive visions during meditation
Completed Maitreya Ascension Energies™ Levels 1 and 2.
Students will learn to:
Learn to heal their loved ones and others
Understand their own karmic cycles
Heal their own karmic patterns
Deepen their knowledge of healing with Maitreya Ascension Energies™
Basic Space Clearing Techniques
Setting up of own Sacred Space
Understand the cause and effect of certain illnesses, diseases and misalignment of the physical body
Learn to become a Maitreya Ascension Energies™ Healing Practitioner
*Note: Upon completion of Maitreya Ascension Energies™ Level 2, a regular practice in preparation for advanced levels is encouraged. To facilitate that, a specific weekly meditation will be available for Level 2 onwards. This is peripheral to the course curriculum and offered separately.
